The funeral of J. M. Stephenson last Sunday was said to be the largest that has been held here for years. J. W. Dudley preached the funeral to an appreciative audience of friends, relatives and neighbors. But the most solemn scene was the father being borne by his five grown sons and his son-in-law. -s
